So clearly the balls in round 4 weren’t shuffled so much as the first numbers were remaining on the bottom or side till the end
It’s all about the shuffle or non shuffle in many ways to determine what gets drawn.

16 balls in this round so 16 is going to be last ball entering the bowl and leaving the bag and being on top.

I reckon we'll draw a ball that has a number between 1 and 16. It will be white, with black writing and may even be spherical.

We will be Home, or Away, and the game will be played on or around 1st March.

You heard it here first.

Doubt very much that will happen, the balls are usually black with white numbers on them.

However, due to likelihood of a little shuffle by Walcott or Alex Scott 16 Cardiff City won't be the first ball drawn out.

In the first quarter of drawn matches, Villa probably going to be drawn at this time because there are only 16 balls and being number 12.

Thus, the first prediction: In one of the first four matches, Villa tie will be drawn out

Prediction 2 will be that it’s one of Millwall, Brighton, Preston, Ipswich, Wolves, and Fulham would be my working theory.

The prediction though allows for extra because of not knowing how the balls land and amount of shuffle

If the ball's that are landing gets mixed anti clockwise or untouched then it not likely to be one of those .

Instead have to follow the path where Villa would be predicted to be drawn later stage and that would be against Exeter or Forest or number 1 Manchester United.

The working theory all depends on how the shuffle goes, but that's my estimation.

I'll have to wait until the presentation starts to see if Walcott or Scott  are pouring the number balls in a regular way.

If my theory is wrong, I won't continue any debate and concede I’ve mistaken my calculations.
As at the end of the day it’s by random that these numbers should be drawn.

Ok so as listed Predictions then
As number 16 Cardiff City won’t be first ball drawn
As number 12 Aston Villa will be drawn in first four ties.
If this happens then it will be against one of Millwall , Brighton , Ipswich Wolves or Fulham

If Villa aren’t one of the first four ties drawn then we will be drawn against Exeter/ Forest or Manchester United

And if the balls are completely shuffled and at random then I would be incorrect as I should not be able to predict.
Only way can predict is if the mixing of balls isn’t done vigorously which I predict won’t be.

Now I will await the draw and not say anymore on the matter

Good insight. Villa might drawn out in the first 50% of games drawn, and they might be drawn against almost 50% of teams in the draw. But if you are wrong on either or both accounts, it is because the balls were mixed more then you expected.

And we thought Romano was the tap-in merchant.

I like to think we are one of the clubs all the others want to avoid.

What time exactly will this be done? Do we have to put up with 17 minutes of bon-homie on the One Show couch and regional feel-good reports around the country on nature, bingo halls and syphilis?

This predictions business isn't as easy as it looks. That's why I prefer to leave it to the experts like Footy.

Ah, you mean we can't predict after all. Merely guess.

The main guest on the sofa is Bill Bailey, so a lot better than Michael McIntyre or somebody I've never heard of who is on strictly or somebody who has just flown in from America who I've also never heard of.
