No chance of the black kit again sadly unless they splatter it with the sponsors

It keeps the weekend alive into Sunday early evening before the chills set in

Avanti trains on strike that day so only the crawler train available from London to Brum - taking nearly 2.5 hours and stopping at 14 stations - so if it goes to extra time and penalties it’ll mean getting back to London at about midnight. I am only speaking for myself but I reckon dozens of London Lions who face a similar journey might feel the same.

Sounds like Solanke will be ruled out for this one; injured his knee in training, likely to be out “for a few weeks” at least.

I'm not sure we need the workload of a cup run (I know others will disagree) but I'd love to knock them out of this and then I don't care if we lose next round.

Should we start to worry about a new manager bounce?

It seems to be lucky for us and based on our last two performances against the current incumbent, you'd hope it wouldn't be much worse.
