My second Villa first team game. We beat Arsenal in my first. My 11 year old self thought it was always going to be that way.

Classic Argus match report - fine detail about pre-match happenings (including the mascot's experience and address). What sounds like an eventful first half covered pretty deeply and the second half, including a last minute goal, sketched into the final few paragraphs so that Eric could get his copy in in time for printing.
