I know we keep saying it, but with Mings and Kamara back...fuck me, that bench.

Thats our strongest bench in years

Son and romaro play as expected.

Weasel maddison on bench. A good option for them on the bench

I guess it's too early to give Tyrone and Boubacar a start so that's full strength. Good bench too.

FTF.

Shocked to the core that Son returns for this one.  Who could've seen that coming.

And fuck it, it shouldn't matter if we turn up and play in our way, both individually and collectively.

Hmmm, for at least a week, you mean? But yes, very strong bench.

No room at the inn for Ned - thought he came out of Wednesday with credit.

Only if we’re increasing our level, with our supporters.

Skys Spurs Villa match coverage will consist mainly of Manchester United news.

That's the line-up I'd have gone with. I hope the Matty Cash thread doesn't get a bump later.

And of course the sky coverage starts with red filth and the new manager. So fucking predictable.

Annoying, means they’re not leaving midfield open.

I think the one difference with the bench against Bournemouth was Barkley instead of Philogene, so that was arguably stronger than today's. But these two games aside, you probably have to go back to the days of Breikrutz, Kubicki and Penrice, each man worth two players each, to find a Villa match-day squad as strong as today's.
