It is an opportunity for them to show what they can do. What they can do might be lose to Palace, but it's as good an opportunity as Emery will get to see a lot of those names play in an actual competitive game, against decent opposition. Better to see it now than in March when the injuries have piled up and we've got to use some of them.

Must admit Palace have put out a significantly stronger team than I was expecting from them.

Didn't think they'd be risking likes of Eze and Guehi when they have Wolves away on Saturday.
