Can we stick this in the media thread? This bozo hardly warrants his own page.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

I had a look for a Media page - couldn't find one.

To be fair to you, it's quite far down on page 2!

Cheers Eamonn, just spotted it.

Probably confused by the fact that it's titled  "Pundit and Media watch ..."

Had it been "Pundit, Media and Wanker watch ..." I'd have definitely seen it.

I don’t mind him there’s a lot worse imo

Same. Dosen't like us but I find on general football issues he's one of the better pundits (boring commentator though).
I don't think the problem is that he doesn't like us. It's more that we're totally irrelevant in his tiny brain and he gets paid good money to espouse his ill informed opinions on national radio. He's an Alan Partridge level commentator without the irony.

Murphy's problem is that he adds absolutely no insight whatsoever to his 'punditry', and gives off a vibe that he doesn't even like football, like we should be thanking him for sitting there in his sensible shirt and chinos every week, vomitting out platitudes and the odd Steve Bruce style relic opinions ("Set piece coach? Nah, that's the manager's job" etc)

Can we not give him his own thread and merge him where he belongs.

He didn't like us getting rid of his pal Stevie G; and was very begrudging about us until he was forced to accept that Emery is in a different stratosphere.

Probably more likely

Even before Gerrard , he had a face like a slapped arse when talking about the Villa. If I’m being kind , that’s he’s normal look though.

he's been very positive about Villa since Emery came actually, i know its imposible not to be but he's definitly talked us up more than usual

as pundits go Stephen Warnock is one of the best for me, in fact i'm going to say the best at the moment

He's only started recently and that was through gritted teeth
