Some of the football we played tonight was stunning, I could barely keep up just watching. Brilliant stuff. I just want to soak up every bit of this - Villa top of the Champions League, playing like continental superstars. This was a distant dream just a few years ago.

Some of the football was simply brilliant. I thought Rogers and Maatsen were particularly outstanding.

We need to work on our finishing a bit though, we left some goals out there.

A wonderful time to be a Villa fan. As said on commentary I think we are capable of beating anyone in any competition. Not felt such a positive vibe around our club in a long, long time.

I really think Europe suits us. Great performance. Unai Emery got everything right again tonight.

Some good football tonight. Bailey doesn’t look fully fit. Defence looked pretty solid.

Excellent all round. Only real complaint is we should probably be a bit more clinical. That's been a bit of an issue all season. We're not converting some pretty good chances we're carving out. But, we are still scoring a lot of goals. That room for further improvement is mouth watering.

Defensively very good today as well. A run of games is doing Carlos the world of good seemingly too.

Rogers is a joy to watch. Great to see Kamara back. Bailey will get there. Not tonight (albeit he was better than Saturday) but he'll get there.

Duran was due a goal. It's probably been a full 90 minutes since he last scored. Close to a goal drought for him. lol

Really good performance. Everyone did well apart from Bailey. Even then it was good to see Philogene come on and look lively.

Bailey really struggled again but this Villa side has a ‘One for all, all for one’ mentality and he is starting regularly in a regularly winning team.

Did Duran come back out from the tunnel or has he gone off in a sulk?
