I was at forest that day - boiling hot and loads of Villa did not get into the ground

Phil King scores the winning penalty to secure victory over Inter Milan OTD in 1994. Quite the game and for me is up there as one of the best I’ve attended at VP.

50 years ago today Andy Gray made his Villa debut in a 0-0 draw with Middlesbrough at Ayresome Park.

It got a bit naughty after that game, but then in those days Ayresome was one of the worst away trips for trouble.
