They're piling in on Bailey, on the line between fairly and not but that's the game, fair play to them.

Don't know what the opinion was on here but I thought that penalty decision was kind of bullshit.

Ollies first touch is abysmal, three times the ball bounced away from him. Bailey has to come off, otherwise we are playing well.

I'd like to see Maatsen for Digne tbh. The amount of passing/crossing chances we're getting down that left, I feel as though he wouldn't have been as wasteful as Digne has been - the one he could've given Watkins a tap in was as bad as the chance Rogers missed IMO.

It will surely happen as the season goes on. That long diagonal we play a couple of times a game out to the left is a dream for Maatsen with his pace.

Digne done little wrong in last 12 months but ultimately he's part of a backline that rarely keeps clean sheets and you feel to get to the next level Maatsen needs to be starting soon.

It's strange as when Moreno came in him and Digne were straight away frequently rotated depending on opposition yet it hasn't happened at all so far.

I absolutely hate the rule. To me there has to be some level of intent. This whole body/unnatural arm position thing is stupid. Especially at the speed the game is played. We will benefit from it also at some point but it’s nonsense as a rule.

A problem with those balls into the box might be that they don't trust Watkins with tap-ins.

There a few strikers better than Watkins to get into goalscoring positions. Unfortunately his finishing is at best average.

It was a penalty.

Are people genuinely disputing it? Arm down by Cash's side and it gets looked at for five seconds and dismissed. Him dangling his hand out was ridiculous, thankfully Emi finally saves one in the premier league again.

Referee very definitely waved it away. Then gave it.

It's always been like that. It's amazing - and a great tribute to his hard work in other areas - that he's come as far as he has, because he's not a footballer.

What on Earth has happened to Bailey? He still looks way off the pace. He drops at every bit of contact rather than running at players. Doesn't look like his 4th and 5th gears work at the moment. Still... Not seen him this bad since Stevie G's time.
Ollie's touch is way off today. I think Duran O'Clock is drawing very near.

If Jaden is fit enough I'd get him on for Bailey. If it's a bit of a risk, then bring on McGinn.

Pretty good game so far.  I think our bench is gonna give us the edge.

Well it's a clear and obvious decision then and exactly what VAR was brought in for. Cash dosen't have to stick his arm like that and ultimately it's stopped the ball going to another Fulham player in the box.

In Cash's defence the proximity was high and they often aren't given

I think it would be interesting how much the ref told VAR about seeing it. Did he think the ball didn't hit the arm because they had stated that VAR was going to be less input in the game and we have definitely been on the end of that ruling this season. So for them to rule him going to have a look, I can't see any other reason for the check but he stated it didn't hit. If he saw it did, then they can't call it a clear and obvious error.
