4 points from these two games would be fantastic. Fulham away is almost never a fixture we do well in, and they are on form.

That said, we are unbeaten away from Villa Park and I fancy us to get a 1-1 draw, before a routine 2-0 win over Bologna.

I voted "no" also.  It's a general sort of "no" based upon it being saturday and the wife being away so I really don't feel inspired to do much.

We will have to work hard to break down a classic Italian defence.  A win will cement our place in the top 8 (that sounds amazing, doesn't it?) and give some of the European "elite" a real headache.  UTV
I think the OPTA figures were 10pts to be sure of the knockout games, 15pts to be in the top 8 teams. Still a bit of work to do, but a win against Bologna would put us in a fantastic position. I can see a scenario where we need to beat Celtic to be top 8. ...and what a night that could be.

I believe 16 points was over 70% likely to finish in top 8 whereas it was under 30% likely with 15 points.

Top 24 was similar stats but with 10 points and 9 points respectively.

Disappointed - though not surprised at the results so far on the survey.

Didn't we win there last season and a couple of seasons ago 3-0

I don't recall winning 3-0 there but yes we have had the odd win at their ground. That's why I used the word "almost".

Our record their is poor.

No mention of that in my Euro Cup Scheme notification email.
Just told me they were taking the money and how to opt out before they did so......a whole 35 minutes notice

That's correct...and Crystal Palace, Carabao Cup, 26th October...which'll be interesting because it's a Saturday.

20-21, covid season, part of us winning the first four games, from memory Hourihane, McGinn, Mings scored? The same period we best Liverpool 7-2

This thread set up is a disgrace. When we lose both games it’ll be entirely due to this abomination.

I've seen Fiorentina at home to Bayern Munich. That's a 2024 CL campaign link up right there.
