I'm going Sunday and it's the first time I've been against this lot in fucking years, only because I hate this fixture more than any other.  That feeling you get after another sickening defeat, you don't even numb to it, it just gets worse every time.  The bastards.

Me too. Only other time I've been to this fixture was a 0-0 during the O'Neill years. I think Reo-choker missed a decent chance for us and Milner went close too.

If Onana, JJ and Bailey can't play, I'd go with

                        Dibu
Konsa Carlos Pau Digne
       Tielemans Barkley
Philogene                   Maatsen
            Rogers
                     Watkins

Philogene on the right to give Ezri support - that's the side down which Rashford plays.

Alternatively, move Ezri insde for Carlos and start Ned at rightback.

Not a lot on the bench
Gauci
Bogarde
Ned
Emi B
The kids

But whoever we start- just please, please, PLEASE beat this bunch of scabby toerags and their ratboy captain... not forgetting the fawning support they get from referees and VAR officials

I'd say that there's a very notable guy missing from the subs bench there...

What about Duran and Watkins starting and Rogers on the left?

No surprise but Emery said Bailey and Ramsey both doubts

Any mention of Onana?

Minor injury but should be OK

As I expected, the Onana one never felt like anything worth worrying about. I reckon Bailey might be on the bench but I'd expect Philogene to start. I wonder what we'll do on the other side though:

Maatsen starting on the wing?
Rogers out wide and Duran starting?
Buendia starting?

Or as Ads suggested push Tielemans forward and bring Barkley in. I reckon there's a decent argument for any of those options.

Pretty safe to say Tielemans will not move position. Indeed on current form he would be the last one to do so!

We’ve really cocked up our last 4 games against them, particularly the last two league games. We need to be utterly ruthless in this one.

These absolute scumbags always beat us, of course they do. Not this weekend though. Mr Emery has got this.

Villa 3-0 Man Ure

Fernandez dive in 92nd minute for penalty (again). 2-2.

In fairness, Duran could be classed as one of the kids. Only 20.

I thought that, but Ned gets his own spot despite being younger.

Feel weirdly confident that we're gonna beat them.

And I'm never confident against Manure.

I'm always confident.

I honestly think it could be 5/6 against them.

5-0 Villa.

Trust me.

Don't be silly. Their players aren't allowed to be suspended. It's in the laws of the game as written by ferguson
