Alex Cropley was such a great player. One of a number of our best blighted by injury.

Bob Latchford’s movement and header from a pinpoint cross, tremendous. How many of those goals had good old fashioned wing-play - sadly rarely seen these days.

Nice piece of commentary in the Man City v Ipswich (yellow shirts). "It's like a bed of daffodils in that penalty area". Made me smile.
