Wycombe are hungry like the Wolf, and we look like we have just eaten a seven course feast and fancy a postprandial nap.

Think we can leave the “Duran must start” to the side for a bit longer.

Yep he’s getting bullied by the two big centre backs.

Buendia rusty as a Rover metro wheel arch
See also Marina,Allegro, Ital, Princess etc.

That is a car I haven't heard mentioned for a very long time.

Not really a criticism of him. He’s still a youngster. Coming off the bench is just fine for now.

Yeah, he is in need of this game. Struggling to protect the ball in possession. Duran and Barkley have been appalling, Bailey not far behind. Expecting a bit more from Kosta too, should be getting outside Bailey a lot more often.

He's possibly under instruction not to bust a gut.

It's often the way with these matches, you look at the players involved, on the edge of the first team in most cases and think they'll do a job. But put a team of odds and sods together who've never played before and they look ragged. Mind you, Wycombe could probably say the same.

If so, he’s been massively successful

Although he would also be starting with Rogers, Tielemans, Torres and probably JJ to take any pressure off him solely for attack. Although he has snatched at his chances compared to what we know he can do, there is nothing else happening in attack.

Our senior players are all off it here.

Attitude from them nowhere near good enough. Body language suggests a few of them have the hump they are playing tonight. Two young centre backs have been decent.

Carlos injured in warm up as per commentator.

Bogarde has been poor, lost the ball three times already.

It's extremely difficult to criticise Emery but no one is perfect and I don't see what he sees in Bogarde.

While it's fair to say we have been mostly shite, I think it's also fair to say if Duran buries that chance in the first minute (as he should), it's a different game.

Pretty shit all round really. Pity fans travelling tonight and paying for this dirge. Assume they are charging reserve team prices. If Heck was in charge of their ticketing, this would be a premium match!!
