Why does Duran get booked for celebration for goal that wasn’t given but keeper wasn’t booked for foul before Ramsey goal because penalty wasn’t given?

If the goal is ruled out then why is Duran’s yellow card allowed to stand?

I'm guessing it's because they are given for behaviours, which are not necessarily dependent on the situation of the game

If the ref was competent the situation would never have happened.

I don't mind that one being disallowed but they took it way too far back and they already fucked us with the earlier one.
