Sure. Given that over half the South American teams now qualify, I'm not sure why they don't rebrand it as the CONMEBOL Nations League or something similar, and give a trophy to the team that comes top. It would, at least, reduce the number of dead rubbers a bit.

Looks like they beat them at Boca Juniors' ground in 2012, but lost on penalties after the two-legged tie finished level on aggregate.
