If our name isn't enough for the media to talk about us, so you have to rely on winning games.

They can love Newton Heath and Tottenham all they like but this will keep tipping them over.

Up The Fucking Villa.

Onana always full of praise for Emery. His words are always positive and he's excited to see what he can achieve and what kind of player he can be under Emery's teaching. Exactly the kind of signings we should be making.

Maybe he can have words with Duran to make him see sense and appreciate where he is.

^ It sounds like, and looked like, Duran has accepted where he is, for now anyway. But yeah, it can't do any harm to have people like Oanan and Rogers repeatedly praising Emery and how they're developing as players under him.

It looks like a really happy camp.  We needed that with arsenal next week.

Excellent performance

Wouldn't be surprised if West Ham struggled this season. It isn't like Emery taking over from Gerrard when everything was a mess. They were solid if a bit dull under Moyes, they were wide open on the counters today.
Paqueta looked largely ineffective and uninterested;

I disagree. Looked like he had big money on getting booked and scoring to me.

Not sure I’ve ever seen a player so happy to play for us than Anana.

Is he related to Onana?

Haha, he’s having his worst mare since he thought the Tories handled Covid well.

Best Saturday evening performance seen in that stadium since Farah, Ennis, & Rutherford all won Gold.
Post of the season.

What a day!! The Villa fans, en masse, doing the cross-armed Irons sign to the West Ham fans was brilliant.

“He stayed cos you’re shit…..”

Total dominance with an immense performance from Onana. Another memorable season in store. Onwards and upwards.

Magnificent victory. Finally a win 1at game of season in PL!
So the last time we won the first game was Bournemouth away I think. Gestede scored and we know how that season ended up....just saying.

I sensed Unai was pissed off with questions from the sky reporter going on an on about Duran.
