Aston Villa poppies NOT available (actually they will be)

Hi everyone,
Just in case anyone is wondering,  the Yorkshire Lions Facebook page had a query about this year's poppy appeal.
Below is the email I received when I asked why the poppyshop website didn't have Villa poppies for sale:

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your query regarding this year’s Poppy Football Pins.

The Poppy Football Pin for Aston Villa unfortunately will not be available for this year’s campaign due to the club being unable to sign-off the relevant documents and licences in time for the manufacturing process.

We are working with the Club to try and resolve this.

Please keep an eye on our website, if they are not on sale by October unfortunately they will have missed this year’s campaign, but we will continue to work with the Club for next year.

The sport pins will be available from October. I can confirm there will be an Aston Villa pin.
