Add a t in Platt in the thread titleThe article is very good. It's such a shame we don't celebrate Platt as much as we should. He was a superb player and absolutely vital to our recovery under Sir Graham. One of the great signings in our history. It's a bigger shame that he doesn't view us for what he did for him and he appears to remain bitter about his time here.

Almost like Aston Villa never happened in his career. Shame rebut bollocks to him now.
Platt was a brilliant and Important player for Villa and went for a big profit. I don't care if he didn't speak about Villa glowingly after he left, he wasn't a Villa fan like us but he performed on the pitch which is what I care about.
