Already feels like a "must win", this.
It's a six pointer.

Anything less than three points and questions need to be asked of the owners, the manager, the players, the kit person and the tea person. I blame wokeness for the repetition of person.

We might need to get Barry Fry to pee on this new kit if it’s cursed.

Surprised there s shouts for West Ham winning considering they are in transition and it’s a new defence for starters.

German is my favourite non-English language.

Aside from C#, of course.

Good to know :) I taught myself some C# so I could make games in Unity. Next time I get stuck...

I had a play with Unity a few years ago. Have you got very far with it?

Yes, I've completed several games. I would make games for my daughter when she was younger over the winter and try new concepts each time. I doubt the code is super efficient but it worked just fine. Last thing I made was a simple Galaga-type game, though I've made a 2D parallax-scrolling platformer, a 3D fantasy board/card game and a 3D space trading game previously. I've also got dozens of unfinished games :(

I don't consider myself a coder or an artist, so if I can make stuff anybody can !

They are at home for a start. A home we haven't yet won at and we have to go back to 2011 for the last time we beat them away at either ground.

We have lost Luiz and Diaby and as yet have not replaced them, had a poor pre-season (as did they tbf) and our star striker hasn't had a minute of action for over a month.

On top of that, we finished the season badly, they are a good side and they are being tipped for Europe again this season.

It's not remotely surprising that people think they might win this game.

Intresting - just downloading unity now.  I been coding for 15 years as a job - but now the kids are older and into games would be great to explore

Sounds awesome! I’d love to make a game, but I always have other projects to do.

I have plenty of unfinished projects, too.  :P

It wasn't the opening day, it was 1-1, Ridgewell was our goalscorer and Mascherano didn't play.

Other than that...

That's a bit worrying , I was at the game , could of sworn it was 2-2 . Petrov definitely played a blinder . Tevez and mascerano definitely made debuts , as did Petrov . The sun was out it was warm. Felt like an opening day .

West Ham: Carroll, Mears, Ferdinand, Gabbidon, Konchesky, Bowyer (Etherington 72), Mullins, Reo-Coker, Benayoun, Harewood (Tevez 61), Zamora (Cole 83).
Subs Not Used: Green, Mascherano

O'Neill clearly spotted something he liked the look of that day.

But the Hammers, and Marlon Harewood in particular, failed to capitalise on a gilt-edged chance just five minutes later.

Sorensen made a horrible mess of a clearance, sending it along the ground to Harewood. But the striker scuffed his shot wide

Dont worry Tim - every night out with Mrs Beard has been like that.  I swear I was witty and life of the party, only to be told I was a dick.

All the other ladies constantly telling her she's so lucky to be Mrs. Beard probably doesn't help her mood.

We drew 1-1. I was there too.

We did draw 2-2 on the LAST day of a season. The one where Mellberg left all the travelling fans a shirt saying thanks 4 your support. Maybe that's what you are thinking of?
