Just be fit for next Thursday.

No chance. It’s the equivalent of someone ringing in sick on a Thursday, not a prayer they’re going in on a Friday.

True, but 5 of them are the same thing (hamstring) and 2 others are likely to be related (generic muscle injury and calf injury) so we should be working with a sports therapist to work out what we can do the strengthen his hamstrings to resolve the problem. This wasn't an issue for him before so it's clearly something that we do in training that is new to his routine and therefore should be solvable.

Getting Onana sorted and available far more often is much simpler than trying to do the same with Kamara who has had far more serious problems.

Pretty sure he had a poor injury recorded at Everton as well tbh

His record at Everton didn’t look too bad. Each season was about a week or so, the last a month. For an all action midfielder it’s not that surprising. He flies in on the stretch to break up play an awful lot in one game.

Stan C reckons he comes off injured too easily. Then again Stan loves the sound of his own voice.

He’s a pundit, isn’t that what they are meant to do?

It's his main asset, remove it and his limitations are even greater.

I like Collymore, he gives his actual passionate opinions, just just the usual fencesitting stuff from others.

Do you listen to him? There is a reason why he only gets snippets on stations like TalkSport. Not to mention  his social media posts, sorry I know he is Villa fan but had to un-follow him

Nothing as of yet. Probably won't be anything until the presser tomorrow.

Let’s hope Emery has some good news then.

should have kept that Timmy Iroegbunam , likes a tackle and looks so much better than Bogarde.

More silly FFP chicanery. I'm sure, given the choice, we'd have kept him and the majority of our younger players to see how they develop but needs must. It's undoubtedly the worst part of what FFP causes/caused.

Shame he didn’t play against Tottenham on Sunday. There was a zero chance of him getting injured in that game, given it was a noncontact event.

Nah, Palinha and the other bully boys would have snapped into him.
