They just got wrecked 5-2 at home, give them some leeway.

Villa women must be worth a couple of hundred million pounds by now surely?
Haven't they closed the door on that loophole now .

I think it needs to go to court.

As far as I know, the PL haven’t yet approved of Chelsea’s deal with themselves, but the general principle has passed a vote. Villa are thinking of selling a stake in the women’s team to outside investors, which is different and wouldn’t, in my opinion, be as difficult to get approval.

If we are going to do that we'd be better building them a ground first so they're more valuable.

If they're a part of the club, how can we sell them? Wouldn't that be like selling the youth team?

Dave Woodhall won't be happy when West Brom get a £100 million sell-on fee.

Congratulations to Natalia, the boss. Named April manager of the month. Well deserved and really looking forward to next season now!

That's nice, well done Natalia. Normally when we reference a "manager of the month", we mean that's how long they lasted!

If we are going to do that we'd be better building them a ground first so they're more valuable.

There was talk a few years ago of the women playing at Alexandra Stadium following the commonwealth games. That seemed to go quiet. Although them playing at Villa Park is probably better for all concerned.

I’m not sure based on this season, perhaps they were better at Bescot, smaller ground, crowd involved, opponent not inspired by playing at a world class ground.  In hindsight did they move permanently a bit early

They had a pretty ropey home record at Bescot, I'm not sure it's made a difference in that respect.
