I've got both(official & knockoff). The badge is a bit smaller on the fake , but it does look very good. Being all black is easier to copy I suppose.

If you scroll down to the bottom of that item page to the 'You may also like' section there are loads of them for sale including a large at a cheaper price (though it may not have the Premier League arm patch).
