This home kit is so nice. When was the last time the colour was this good? The shade of claret is just perfect.

Claret looks more like the Maroon Arsenal kit from a few years ago. Best was the Nike kit. Same colour as a glass of red wine.

It’s proper claret, like a decent full bodied wine.

It’s up there with the Acorns shirt, but maybe pips it due to the colour.

I agree 100% with Ian, and Ian.

Was not sure with the promo's of the 3rd kit but it looked gorgeous last night - especially the silver crest which stood out magnificently.

Really am struggling which one to buy for my November hol

I didn't realise it was silver until last night. All the pictures I thought it was white. Looked really well last night.

It's quite nice that the Trade Nation sponsor is silver as well.

My McGinn 3rd shirt should be arriving in the next few days. Didn't have a SJM yet, figured this was the kit to do it. I think it looks class coming over the tele.

The Acorns logo looked great too. How have we managed to get a different front of shirt sponsor on last night’s kit?

Betting sponsors are banned for UEFA competitions aren’t they?

Oh, right. Surely Villa are losing out financially not having a paying shirt sponsor on their Champions League shirts then

I’m personally happy to have Acorns too, but in these PSR dominated days I would have thought a lot of extra income could be generated from a shirt sponsor getting Champions League coverage.

Betano have obviously gone into the deal knowing that they can't be used in Europe. I'm only guessing, but I bet the agreement says that we can use the space for a charity instead, but not another commercial venture.

I also expect that as it is the last year or two for Prem betting, the deals are also quite high anyway as they wring out the final ones. I'm surprised they didn't get around it like 'Benson and Hedges' used to do at certain Grand Prix with 'Bitten and Hisses'.
