I'm not parting with a penny until we have Bukta kits.

Flippin heck, I haven’t heard that brand since the 70’s

You've had a sheltered adulthood  ;)

😂
Early 70’s I did loads of competitive swimming and Bukta were the brand, along with Speedo.
After I stopped, ‘76ish, I can honestly say I hadn’t really heard of them.
Having googled them It surprised me how much they actually did.

I also Googled to see if they were still in existence and was also surprised how many clubs have worn their stuff over the years. I could remember Newcastle and Brighton having the same template different colours back when it was Admiral that was the on-trend brand. Also West Ham doing the Bukta-Admiral double when they won the Cup in '75 and '80, but that was about it.

Has any "heritage" brand ever been more niche than Henson?  Us and, apparently, the might of Bristol Rovers and Peterborough. Even the likes of Spall and Scoreline managed more than that.

And randomly, Valur Reykjavik.

Well Henson is an Icelandic firm, so it's not that random really, in fact it probably makes the most sense!

I reckon starting with the holocaust and ending up aty Ricky Gervais in 4 posts might be the most extreme de-escalation ever, I'm tempted to post an upside down version of the Anchorman meme right now.

SJM is in a photoshopped home kit on the OS.. is that it? If so, looks.. simple?

They've done one with Watkins;

https://tickets.avfc.co.uk/

Looks like they've just photoshopped it to get rid of old sponsors.

On the subject of sponsorship logos, I spotted somewhere a video of (reliable?) way to remove the transfer used to add sponsorship logos ... though given my advancing years, I can't remember where I saw it.

Does anyway know of such a thing?

Assuming we don't do a really $hit job of a special edition kit, I'll buy one though I would prefer to not have 'Betano' on it. UTV

I’m sure I’ve read, on here I think, that there’s a guy who removes the sponsors name.
I’ve thought about doing it with a couple of mine but can’t remember where I saw it

I’d think twice about it…it’s not guaranteed to be a clean job - many I’ve seen still have residue visible that can’t be shifted.

The video for renewals shows players wearing shirts and you can just see the collars. They look retro and I think they're various old shirts.

Perhaps a clue! Who knows?

Newcastle who have also signed a deal with Adidas are releasing their new kit on Friday - wonder if we will also do the same?

Adidas might prefer them to be on different days?
