Fucking ridiculous this is: glad I didn't pay good money to go to the game!

I doubt those who actually paid and are in the ground care that much.

We were always going to rest players today. It's nothing like Moscow 2009 for instance.

My main concern is that Pau, Bailey and Youri haven't done long-term damage playign through injury in recent months

Just wish a few of them had a bit more pride. But I guess those are mostly players we're unlikely to see next year.

That defence is embarrassing.

Not a single member of our top 4 squad is embarrassing as far as I'm concerned.

Would a suspension carry over into next season?

Get Olsen off. He’s great at smacking the ground.

He's fucking terrible. I really, really hope we're not going into next season with him as our back up goalkeeper again.

I guess the plan is the Aussie keeper will get some minutes in pre season so fully expect him to be number 2 next season.

We were charity FC in 2022 under Slippy and Purslow. Digne got a four and a half year deal, Coutinho four year deal, Hause got a three and a half year extension and Olsen got a permanent three year deal which is incredible given he wasn't even getting a game at championship level when we signed him.

Well our goal difference is going to look worse after this.

Its certainly another game where he has played & we have conceded a silly amount.

I don't rate him at all, not based purely on this game, but even ignoring his dodgy feet, he concedes far too many goals.

It's no wonder he is happy to be backup...

Pretty weak this. I don’t mind a loss today, but this is pretty pathetic.

Only a yellow. Get him off.

But he is our best midfielder.... as long as someone else is playing alongside him, he is given more time on the ball, he has better players behind him and the year ends in three.
