The KO time hasn't helped with many ST holders having trouble making it there tonight .

Whatever else happens could we please not sing about conquering Europe in 1982 to this lot?
Or the National Anthem , we wouldn't want to upset our guests  .

Think we’re going to have to rely on (hopefully) Citeh beating Spurs tomorrow night as I’m not confident we’ve got much left in the squad to get anything from tonight’s game. Hope I’m proved wrong.

Probably best if we don’t try and beat them either, in case they don’t like that.

Win tonight and the club must play iconic Champions League anthem over the address system - a joy for all attending. Honour  Emery , the coaches and all the players on the lap of honour and in preparation for next season!

To be honest, I'd be more excited if they played Star Trekkin by the Firm.

I'd rather wait until we actually play in the competition and even then, it's a shit anthem.

I'd rather hear a recording of 'Ginny' having a long squit into the porcelain after a night on the beer and curry in Dublin.

Sky just reviewed the game with the headline "we will look at Aston Villa's Champions League hopes" and then proceeded to interview Klopp and Endo.

We'd probably get fined by UEFA and banned from European competition for 10 years for playing that, knowing what they're like.  Racist chants and "monkey" noises are absolutely fine though, crack on.

The champions league anthem features French, English and German. Known as the official languages of Uefa!
