Seems to be a medical emergency in the lower Holte End at Villa Park. Paramedics running across and tannoy asks fans to clear the area
It doesn't look good. Medics are doing chest compressions

We’re having to play against the opposition and the officials. The Bailey goal is completely soft to disallow and we’ve already seen plenty of fouls NOT given for worse offences. The ref keeps stoping our build up for nothing and the challenge on Bailey is 1000% a penalty. What is VAR for if it’s not to intervene on both those moments.

To back up the corruption?

Have they bribed the ref with unlimited Gyros?

I think if Spurs lose I could take a draw tonight in the hope that by next Thursday the CL place could be secured.  That would give them freedom to play next week

I think they must be on a tea break or something. There’s an empty VAR room and a chair slowly swivelling to a stop with nobody near it.

Penalty hahaha. The defender clearly sweeps the ball away first.

The jokes on you then as it was a pen 😁

Well it wasn’t given…

He should be on the dole after this performance.

That non-penalty was a shocking decision on field and then for VAR not to intervene was a disgrace. Clearly moved his leg to trip Bailey.

It depends what people want to see as a penalty. It was virtually the same as the Saka one against Bayern Munich. Neuer / that Olympiakos bloke clean out the attacker but only because the attacker has decided that it's in their interest to be cleaned out and has slightly checked their run to allow it to happen.

These days that doesn't get given.
