On topic At the moment, I'm convinced Gaucci will figure on Thursday or Saturday, be it an injury or sending Olsen off.I just have an intuition that something is telling me Gaucci is going to come on.I can't see how he will perform. I'm hoping heroic because it's not a bad feeling I'm having, but I do get the sense he's going to make his debut.
I've had the number 5 be most prominent today. Is that a sign ? Time will tell.

2 losses for Spurs and a win at Brighton and I think we're in!So being a Villa fan, I've had a bet on them to win both matches and us to lose at at Brighton.
I have definitely had number two in mind all day.

Quote from: LeeS on May 03, 2024, 02:34:54 PMRest assured, it wasn’t me. I was speaking hypothetically. I always bet on us to lose so if we do I’m too busy counting my winnings to be on here moaning!Haha, fair play. I put money on us to get relegated once just to jinx it.

My old man is in his 80s and has followed Villa all his life etc etc. He told in about 1980 'if there is a wedding at the church (St Peter & St Paul), Villa always win'. When he took he took his grandkids to the Lille game he told them the same.In 40 plus years of attending Villa games, I've never seen a wedding there once. Didn't have the heart to say at the time as the boys loved it...
