I am really liking the look and potential of Rodgers.
For me, he has a little bit of a look of Collymore about him.

I agree Andy.  Lovely dribbling a couple of times.  He seems to lack a little bit of pace but I thought he played well tonight.

The Zaniolo chance, how did Duran slide in and win the ball and be back on his feet so fast.

It’s just remarkable what what Unai has done with us and turned us into. 8 games to go and now with a very legitimate chance of finishing 4th and at worst 5th approximately 18 months from being a relegation candidate.

Indeed. I really do think the media and fans in general don’t appreciate the job he has done. By any measure it’s a remarkable (and highly unlikely) transformation. Watch us against Fulham when we got drubbed 3-0 to end Gerrard reign, and watch us now - night and day. And without spending a fortune.

Long live Unai.
Love live the Villa

Special mention for the obnoxious dog heads on the train trying to intimidate Villa fans because they had superior numbers, god they were pathetic, trying to start fights off the train. Even having a go at a woman.
They really have a huge chip on their shoulders.
It made victory even sweeter.

Had a good chat with some decent Wolves fans on the train from New St - no problem.

There is good and bad in every club's fanbase. We have our own fair share of imbecilic morons.

Thought we were very comfortable all the way through, then again I'm really, really pissed so they could have mullered us.

I’m just waiting for their excuses now

Grass was too green.
It's always a long trip to Villa Park down the M6.

I dont know what everyone else thought but in that left hand side moreno rodgers isnt working.

Looked betterd digne and zaniolo

Thought Rodgers worked fine ....Moreno was the issue tonight.

Rogers struggles defensively when he plays in that left sided role.  I think the problem in the early stages tonight was that they were playing 3 up front, so Moreno (who had a poor game) had a man to mark.  That left Rogers to pick up their wing-back, which was difficult as he stayed out wide.  We did seem to get to grips with after the early stages though.

We are a good team. Played the game in 2nd gear and won at a canter.
Not a memorable game in fairness but it's a case of job done.
Thought Rogers Zaniolo and Duran all did really well.
Moreno isn't a starter for me and Digne needs to play.

I am really liking the look and potential of Rodgers.
For me, he has a little bit of a look of Collymore about him.
His runs were good and hopefully he will devlop those to devastating  effect however he was poor in helping Moreno early and that allowed Semedo and Sarabia to dominate our left hand side but overall lot of potential there.
