That's all speculation though, we don't know any of that as fact. For all we know he could be desperate to come here, refusing all food and even his Nesquick strawberry milkshakes, but we can't quite put the deal together.

From what's been reported it sounds like we've never actually made an offer to the club for him. All reports suggest he wants out, and they want rid, and Emery really wants him, so if it hasn't happened it may simply be a case of we can't do a financial deal that works for us.
