Not really. Any goal scored after a ball hits a hand / arm, it's disallowed. Intent doesn't come into it.

To be an offence anywhere else, it needs to be deliberate.

Any handball by the scorer in the build-up, even accidently is classed as handball. By the defender and they can state ball to hand or no movement or any number of excuses.

Any kind of handball by a goalscorer is automatically a goal disallowed. Handball by a defender isn't automatically a penalty.
