Going the Columbus game this Saturday, can't f'n wait, my first live Villa game since covid!

We're driving over Friday/Saturday from CT (ca. 10 hours), then heading back in time to get to NJ on Wednesday. Daughter and I are very excited to see the boys again - we saw them in Philly last year, which was the first time she had seen them live.

Safe travels to all.

See you on I70!  Just under 3 hours from Pitt :-)

Is BCVillain going too?

Have a great time, VL! And BC if, there. 👍🥂

I doubt BC will be able to make it.
He could be training for The Mount Terry Fox Challenge which takes place on 24th August (Aston Villa vs Arsenal on that day). 21 km 1450 m positive elevation.

Will they be coaching between each destination or flying and using a different coach each state?

Nice!

I was wondering this morning how many shirts they have to sell over there during the tour and what the availability will be like.

I can't imagine Heck and his team would pass up the opportunity to sell product.

So, Archer is there!  :)

I don't like all this green training kit. I'm hoping it will be replaced by something more us before the season starts.

You can see a light square around the badge and the squad numbers, almost like from the heat block for the transfer... it looks tat.

Seems to be on some and not others. So might be a worn and wash affect. The ones you see it on might be the first time use or just been put on very recently. Once washed it goes normal.

I don't mind the green training kit with the red for the managerial staff.

I’m reminded of school trips (usually on a coach) and that brilliant Willy Russell play/film when the kids liberate a penguin from the zoo.

Flying, with CT Villan driving the coach to each venue.

I for one am going to go for 'I don't really care about what they are wearing for a pre-season warm-up, life is too short'. Although I do appreciate a bit of Champions League level Brummie moaning so good work!

Considering this is my first time driving a coach I thought I did an ok job parking it. Next stop Walmart parking lot to do a few donuts.
