So do we think Uncle Albert is going to play against us on Wednesday? He played in their weekend friendly.

Be great to see his big beard again!

I spoke to the ticket office earlier.  They said that their manager had asked Trnava for info but had not received a reply.  This is why there's no been ticket announcement.  He advised me to book direct with Trnava and gave me a list of blocks for the away section (46-48 and 15-17).  Trnava use an external ticket platform, it is only allowing me to buy in the home blocks.   :(

I’ve had a reply from Spartak saying that as it’s a friendly the normal away section won’t be open and we can buy tickets in any other section.

Thanks, I haven't had a reply from them but I was coming to the same conclusion.  The Prague Lions are going in block 14 so once I get confirmation from my fellow travellers I think we'll be booking in there.

I think it’s trying to get subscriber numbers up.

Those will probably be worth more in convincing sponsors of value in the long run than the £20 a season they got from those who did sign up.

The last time I used Villa TV was when it was free previously (probably back when it started).

In preparation for the Walsall game, I've logged into my online Villa account.
No subscription for VillaTv shows and it wants me to pay the £24-99.

I've messaged AVFCSupport on Twitter.

However, I was wondering if another ST holder (who isn't a paying VillaTV subscriber) could try logging into their account to see whether they have an active free subscription.

Thanks

I checked and I do. Seems coverage starts 15 mins before kick off.

I had a reply from Support. Looks like there was a problem, but it's been fixed. I can now see the countdown to the game

Did his hobbling with a walking-stick goal-celebration come before or after his nickname? If after, what a legend.
