It's just so bad out there it's hard to know where to even start with changes. Watkins and Martinez get a pass, just about every other player has been useless. That half arsed attitude summed up by likes of Kamara and Luiz.

I'm wondering if 433 is worth a go with Diaby and Bailey either side of Watkins. I'd keep McGinn on and take off any of Kamara, Luiz or Tielemans. They have no pressure playing out from back into midfield whereas we simply can't do it. If Torres is capable of 45mins then might aswell get him on now ahead of the weekend.

The only way we will get anything from this personnel changes at HT. I worry that it'll be the same 11 trotting out second half.
I would add zaniolo for a bit of muscle and take off tileimans, plus anyone on for kamara

Trying to remember when the last time was that we caught an opposing player offside. Can't.
Last Saturday.

Well we better see a better second half. Chelsea have completely battered us, has Kamara ever played football before?
Shocking display all round.

I know the midfield have been poor, but Cash was terrible for the first goal, and Carlos completely lost his man for the second.

A few games ago, the Villa away fans were chanting we’ve got our Villa back´.

I see what they mean now.

Does Emery have a change of formation and playing style in him? Now is the time to try something different

It’s also like the Manure second half, once we lose control we don’t regain it. I don’t expect to win this now, but it’d be nice to see Unai change something as opposed to what happened in the Barcodes game.

Yep, turning it around for a win isn't impossible, but it's unlikely now. However, I want to see a us being the better team in the second half. Change what you need to change to make that happen. Show us something. Show us you care about going out of the cup.

Who knows, an early goal in the second half and they'll be very nervous given they should be out of sight by now.  The way we've played there's more chance of this finish 0-3 as there is of us getting back into it.

Just like the Newcastle game, it's not like we're losing to a superior team, we're just not fucking bothered. Lazy and too comfortable with life at Villa Park.

We should stop wasting everyone's time and money and just not enter the FA Cup any more.

Lets get an early goal and make a game of it.

As bad as we have played all season.

When Kamara has an off game he sure is utterly awful isn't he? He needs to be subbed at HT, not really fussed who for.

You're right. If we've one player whose 'off' day permeates through the team, it's him. I work from time to time with a bloke who'll say, "I'm just not feeling it today", and he'll fuck off home. Emery should ask Kamara how he's feeling before he picks the line-up. No judging, just accept that it's not his day, and don't pick him. We'd be better off.

Chelsea have obviously watched our game against Newcastle. It's an instruction video on how to beat us.

I know we have a fair few injured at the moment, but the main issue we're having now is that the summer signings haven't improved last year's squad. Torres aside, we're still mostly relying on the players we already had.

Tielemans on his game is an asset and there have been signs of that. What we do miss is JJ Ramsey's ability to drive up the pitch from midfield. We have no one else with that kind of ability in the middle and he's basically been a write-off this season for us.

Absolutely pathetic. They don’t care about the FA Cup. They’re not going to win it in my life time and I’m buggered if I’m bothered about watching another FA Cup match again. First time under Emery where effort isn’t there. We’ll most likely beat them in the league fixture.
