I'd bring Bailey in for Diaby, but otherwise go with the same lineup as Newcastle.  I prefer Konsa at Centre back and therefore Cash plays.  Ramsey and Zaniolo are offering nothing, so I'd rather try to play Tielemans back into form (at 10 with Bailey right and McGinn left).
