Of course he is, he's from Lisbon.
I think he now completes the set of every West Brom academy player who played for them since time began. Talk about a stepping stone club.

Seems a very good prospect and thought of well by Arsenal fans who’ve got some knowledge of him.

A left back. Hmmm.
Wonder if we're going to see the back of Digne in the summer. Be a shame, he has been excellent this season.

Presumably one more likely to be involved in the u21's for now than the first team.

Priced by the square metre, I think.

I know nothing about him, but a couple of Arsenal fans I know say that he is a good little prospect & they are disappointed that he is being let go...

This one does sound interesting
From that there Twatter
"Wtf! Are we @Arsenal doing letting Lino go?! Like seriously?! The kid is one of our best academy talents ffs! This screams Omari Hutchinson level of mistake.
Villa (#avfc) picking up a very talented FB here for sure and a unit of a player.
He's a tall, ball carrying, athletic FB very comfortable on the ball and very good eye for a pass.
When Zinchenko & Timber were both out most Arsenal fans expected he'd see gametime but it looks like Arteta didn't trust him and I'd suspect that's cos we we've been in and around the top of the league."
