Gordon's a very good player. Never quite understood the contempt he attracts. Does he wear stupid clothes or something?

For me it's that he's a dirty snidey fucker that squeals like a suckling pig every time anyone breathes on him.

If you can dish it out be prepared to take it.

It’s exactly that.

I dreamt we beat them 3-2 last night, only it was away and I was listening to updates on Talksport which I never do, and we were away.

It went something like

5'   0-1 Watkins.
68  1-1 No idea.
77  2-1 No idea again but it was a move involving Luke Shaw who doesn't even play for them.
85  2-2 Morgan Rogers.
88  2-3 Morgan Rogers.

So I'll go for 3-2 tomorrow night, mainly because I don't have any other considered opinion at this point.

Is this on the tellybox and if not, why is it an 8.15pm kick off?

Yep, TNT Sports 1 (ex BT Sport)

Ah, ok thanks. Thought it might have been an Amazon job but couldn't see it listed.

Yes, I was surprised it wasn't Amazon as they normally have the 8.15pm kick offs. Never mind, you can use the extra 15 minutes to try to work out how to get the TNT player to work!

First game of the season for me. Managed to get 9 tickets in The Witton Lane Stand, so we’re going mob-handed!

A goal each would do.

9-0 Villa.

He has really improved this season as a player. Tough task ahead for Matty Cash to keep him quiet.

I think he's a cracking player, and he'd be great in our team.

I've always thought of Harvey Barnes as the better player, but he hasn't really pushed on since he moved up there.  Has he been injured?

Yes he has, and I would have said the same previously but since the summer in the u21 tournament he seems to have really pushed on and has been their best player whenever I've watched Newcastle

Bloody hell, still no Ramsey, Digne or Torres. Why are Villa injuries ALWAYS twice as long as first suggested?
