No issue at all for me, always a chance Duran could lose the head but just about held onto it today. Ref lost control. Said on match thread but thought as a team we should have kicked off after that tackle on Diaby. That ref was so weak it might have forced him to check with VAR.

Watkins gave away a free kick at the end to overule a corner we could have scored from.

It's still unclear who.actually gave that foul.  The referee seemed to point ti his ear piece which would suggest it was another official who made it.  If it was the VAR official then that is questionable isn't it?

I do.agree about the discipline though and it's usually nothing more than.petulance, often.in stupid areas of the pitch...

Dyche obviously told his players to wind us up from the start and as the ref was so shit, we played intontheir hands a bit, lowering our play into the bargain. You just need to learn to laugh at them as it winds them up far more than you. Sheff Utd will try exactly the same in a few weeks time.

Linesman is also miked to the refs / VAR so if it was his side he might have given it.

It's the silly, petty bookings that we need to stamp out. Daft fouls, off the ball too.  The pushing and shoving in the corner was brought about by a dreadful tackle by Tarkowski who then indicated for his team-mates to go across and join in with the pushing, watch it again.  The referee was easily swayed too.

There's absolutely no reason to get involved in pushing and shoving. It's given us a red for Kamara and countless yellows. Then there have been a number of daft yellows for stupid things like kicking the ball away, like Carlos today, which then meant we had to sub him. Just cut it out.

This, this and thrice this.  I’m glad we can mix it.  But the refereeing in our games has been shocking since mid December.

The referees are bloody useless. Watkins and Tielemans should not have been booked today. There centre half went right through Watkins right after Tielemans received his soft booking as well and got nothing.
