Good to see Tielemans on the bench, Doucoure coming back for them, will strengthen their midfield.

I assume Chambers is done at the club if we'd rather have an empty seat than him on bench.

So glad to see Tielemans back involved, gutted Ramsey is out as in thought he was starting to show signs of sharpness coming back. Bloody nightmare Torres is still injured.

Still doesn't trust Matty Cash

No, I've always suspected he isnt that keen on him. It's the life of a full back sometimes as they can be very close to the manager for at least 45 mins. Poor first half and he can make a big impact off the bench.

No Ramsey means options were limited, McGinn on left wing. Tielemans a big option off bench.

I’m feeling optimistic about the game, let’s not forget this is Everton we’re playing. Come on Villa

i think we look a bit lightweight for this game.
No Ramsey Torres is a blow.

About to say the same. They’ve got some big units in their team. Hopefully we can get some quick passing going to move them around a bit.

Back four worries me a little, Moreno hasn’t looked as good as Digne has yet, hopefullly another step towards his full recovery today.  The high line looks more.vulnerable with the lack of pace of Lenglet & Diego…also neither are as good on ball as Pau.  Frustrates me that our best available centre half is wasted at right back.

Front 6 look good tho & also good to see Teilemans fit again to push Dendoncker down the pecking order.£

Also, if Everton sit in the low block as Sheff U & Burnley did we really need to some shots in from distance to mix it up a bit.

Their 50/50 player Doucoure makes in into the first XI, our 50/50 Torres disappears even from the bench. Typical.

He was at fault for that goal v Burnley when he came in half fit so best we wait until he's fully fit before trying Torres again.

I'll tell you who needs a big game today, Diego Carlos. I'm not in agreement at all to move Konsa to accommodate him.

I think it's more because Torres is out. He's stressed he likes a left footer in there, so Lenglet has to play, and then he probably wants Carlos to deal with Dominic Duckworth-Lewis.

I wonder if the multiple injuries has kept us from moving Donk on in this window? There were some pretty strong rumours about him and Everton.

It's not too accommodate him though, it's from lack of trust in Cash to keep the ball.
