I'd like to see us go as strong as we can but to give big Tim a game.

I don’t think we will play a total second string ie MON (Moscow)
but it will be a mixed bag with some decent subs coming on

I don’t think the lineup is as critical as the attitude the players have in playing the game

Only a minor thing but if we do win this it adds a 4th game in January.
Winning this and the all following games in the tournament adds a trophy to our fairly dusty cabinet though.

Does it, well fuck my old boots, who knew.
Well, if you put it like that, who knew that winning the 3rd round tie would add a game to the calendar?

Well I mentioned it because of thew amount of posts saying after this there are only 2 more games in January so maybe a few people didn't know when the 4th round is to be played.

Yep to be fair I didn’t realise the 4th round of the cup was played in January.

That's the way I see it.

It's not just resting certain players (which should be done), it is a question of establishing squad depth for the future.

To be fair to you it’s only a recent thing since about 1897😂

Indeed, although it feels that long since we reached the heady heights of round 4 😩😂

Could be 5 games in January if we need a replay.

If you were drinking pints of Ansell's Aston in my young day, it would be the point of no return aka the Plimsoll Line.

I want to see us win the FA Cup.

That's my preview.
