There's a reason lots of people think Trafford will be first choice for England before long, he's keeping them in this on his own.

Good experience for a young keeper to go to a team at the lower end of the table, if they have the right mental toughness. Think Martinez even mentioned recently that Emery advised him to do that when going on loan from Arsenal.

He needs a steady path upwards from Burnley, though. I don't particularly rate him, but Pickford didn't hang around Sunderland when a bigger team came calling. The likes of Butland and Forster were too happy to hang around the middle and atrophied.
