You are right, in a fair fight we win, but it’s at Old Trafford.

Well written.  Aside from the turkey hate - turkey sandwiches are the best bit about Christmas food!

Too right! Just made myself one with toasted sourdough, turkey, stuffing, Emmental, cranberry sauce and horseradish. A thing of beauty, and a contributor to the shit house thread later today. I can hear Donner and Blitzen coming down the chimney already.

Excellent read Dave.
If this was just a.n.other match, I’d definitely put us down for a win. However, this is Manure away, on tv etc.etc and they haven’t scored since the Romans were here. So, I expect us to have at least 2 goals disallowed, not for any good reason but, just that the PL and pundits in the studio can say Manure are back!! In contrast, expect the ref and VAR to give them at least 2 penalties for soft offences that happened around the half way line. The officials at Stockley Park still pissed up from yesterday, draw the lines and confuse the centre circle with our penalty area. This will take place in the 120th minute, Ratboy will sky it into the Stretford End but VAR says the rules just for Boxing Day state that teams from Manchester can take up to 3 goes to score from the spot!!
