So... do we think Benteke pointing at God every time he scored a goal is what led to the almighty just making him crap?

I’ll be doing my usual and putting £20 on the opposition. Has cost me a pretty penny so far this season. All money well spent.

Looks like we're getting some tacky pre-match coldplay light show with our mobile phones or something?! If only we could get an effin signal within half a mile of Villa Park?!

Great, extra pint in the pub then and waddle up to my seat a few minutes after kick off.

I know I'm getting old but I find any sort of choreographed support utterly cringeworthy.

I wonder how long it will be in the rematch build up and commentary before we hear " of course Villa would have been relegated if the goal line technology had failed?

I did that in 2015-16 and bought a new car.

Now it is just funding a new swimming pool for Denise Coates.

I'll go out on a limb and say they're better than that. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a compromise though...mentioning that it's a rematch of the first game played after football returned following Covid.

Obviously the Blues forum will go on about how lucky we are and that we should have gone down etc etc.

Their fans know how shite they are and have given in already, they are expecting a cricket score.

I just hope Emery has spent enough time on this one rather than focusing on Old Trafford.

We're at the tip, not the top?

Possibly a bad omen, they're known as Mr. Freezes in Ireland. I doubt Emery has heard of them, thankfully.

We will press from the start. If we can get an early goal, something we do quite often at home, they will need to come at us. That will leave massive gaps and we will batter them.

That's how I see it and hope it pans out that way, but I've gone for a draw again. It does have a Coventry away on Boxing Day feel to it though.

Saint Stephen would like a word even if just for consistency sake.  >:(

But where is St Stephen? You guessed it! In a box.
