This may have been a nice forum for old farts who mostly reminisced about former glories and had some gentle banter with each other. Well I've got news for you. It's now the go to forum for one of the top teams in the country that is going to be competing for trophies on multiple fronts season in season out with the media fawning over and looking at every aspect of a fully woken giant.

A much tougher game with Wilder back in the hotseat. They'll be well organised and may take some time to break down, but on the back of our recent performances and insane home record, I'm fully expecting to be singing

"We are toppa the league say we are toppa the league" as I'm leaving the ground.

Going to be an insane atmosphere if we get an early goal.

"We are staying up" followed by "we are top of the league" will feel so surreal yet sum up our journey perfectly in just the last 18 months nevermind last five years.

I think we'll be o.k. Sheffield United were organised at Chelsea but ultimately had little scoring threat and Chelsea eventually eased to victory. Think they're playing Archer as a left winger currently.

2-0 win and a Merry xmas to one and all. Love this time of the year for football and it's so much better when the team you follow are in their best shape for decades.

I am missing this due to my 60th Birthday being on Christmas day and we are away. But thankfully i will be watching (kicks off at midnight for me) in a nice hotel with suitable refreshments on hand.
