Before the game I said that Brentford weren't known for being physical, but they were today.

Norgaard started it all off and then after Mee, they parked the bus and just fouled even more.

I think we managed to get 4 cards from 6 fouls.

Konsa, Durán, Martínez and Kamara all got theirs for off field stuff.

Zaniolo and Durán playing catch over Maupay's head was mildly amusing, but served to ratchet up the atmosphere.

Emi was partly responsible for Kamara's red. I have no idea why he was even bothering with Maupay.

I think Diaby is just having a hard time with the limited space he’s getting in the PL. Opposing teams know to close him down or the space behind him. We need to find a way to get him the ball faster and in areas where he can run at the defenders. His future form is as much down to tactics as his own ability to learn and develop.
As always teams do work out players so to better he needs to overcome that and develop his game. He’s still one of our finest.

If his presence is responsible for Bailey's upturn in form then he was still a brilliant signing. He can take all the time he needs.

Did Frank get booked when he had a thrombo against McPhee?
He was remonstrating at Emerys number two , the Spaniard

Apparently he’s spoilt his legacy and has forgotten his roots. Funny I’ve never heard anyone in Exeter say a bad word about him.

I think Bailey was booked as well for what looked like a fair challenge.

Pretty ironic that Watkins should grow up because he shouldn't get upset over one fan having a go all game, by fans calling him all sorts of names because he rubbed it in the one fans face.

There's no law against celebrating against your old club. The Brentford player who steamed into Konsa was the guilty party for me.

Anyway, fuck Brentford. Horrible, snidey little twats from the Manager to cretins like Mee and Maupay.

That ref was useless, loads of woeful decisions. That defender jumping at Kamara not even given as a foul being one of the worst. Great seeing Mee get a red, both feet off the ground and into Bailey’s shin. He’s an absolute thug. Maupay, the weasel of the Prem, what a scrote. Bailey was brilliant with his cross for the first, not so brilliant with his ball to Martinez when there was no need. He meeds to cut that part of his game out as I’ve seen similar from him before like that but overall he was better on the pitch than Diaby, we need to develop a way of getting more out of him as I think he’s wasted if we’re not a counterattacking team.
Great result given our record over the last half century.

Another big mouth hiding in the crowd. I’m sure his mommy told him if you give it out you have to be prepared to take it.
