Any footage of the Zan/Duran debate or the opposition staring Villa out of it for the last few mins? Sounds epic and moody.

Do they always play at that ground? The clip I saw recently seemed to have them at a place equally small but with more than one stand.

Yes, this is Zrinjski’s regular ground. There is another ground in Mostar wher Velez Mostar play that has 4 sides.

What a fantastic place Mostar is - a beautiful old town. We had tickets in the home end, turned out there were a few hundred other Villa fans in there. Beer served all match, sitting with the locals, most of them really friendly. Off to Sarajevo now for 2 days. Brilliant trip so far

Can’t praise it enough. It was good to see you all but disappointed not to run into Darren Woolley😩

It was a case of we were in no rush, as we were happy enough with score and I guess they didn’t want to risk losing, which was weird as they were already out.

Their goal and result mattered to them more than us. All their team, subs and coaches celebrated the equaliser. Their supporters applauded our buses out of the ground. So a good night all around so far.

And some of their fans told us it was the greatest result in their history😊😊 Locals were fab by the way, though we heard of a few people being picked off and having  scarves and flags nicked in the old town. But generally they were chuffed to play us. Apparently the bloke who scored came from
Lower league so he’s just had the greatest moment of his life
