Days like today are frustrating but the fact we even talk about top 4 after where we were a little over a year ago is a minor miracle. Reality is we are far from the finished article but bloody hell we're getting closer to it.

Three subs. Clever or desperate.

Needed but probably should have happened sooner

It will be such poor form to lose to Forest and Bournemouth if we are serious about a top 4 challenge. One thing losing to the likes of Man City or Arsenal but we need to pick up points where we should be. This isn’t good enough today.

Absolutely, Birthday Boy!

Haha cheers Mark. Just need this lot to get a goal or two to start the day off right.

Feels so disjointed, like the players don't really know where they should be. We're a good side when we're playing our first eleven, but as soon as he starts tinkering we look much less convincing.

Don’t mind losing when you play your best 11.
But this has been self inflicted.
We have too many games to play the best/same 11 every game

We should've signed a RB, or kept Young as a competent back up. It fucks up the whole shape putting arguably our best CB at RB in a 4.

I don't think I've seen Watkins mentioned at all in this thread since before kickoff. Is he still on?

We are not top 4 material yet. 5th-7th possible, but we need to be showing up at grounds like these.

It’s all self inflicted though. Daft team selections and formations.

The right hand side has been a problem two weeks' running. Absolutely wide open today, Bournemouth should really be out of sight so grateful we are still in with a puncher's chance.

One of those days. Carlos offside goal, Doug sitter, Duran hitting the post, stupidly soft goals given aaay.
Bournemouth have been good value I think

What game are you watching then? Without this coward of a referee,  they would be down to 10 or even 9.

We've not created a single thing for him that I can recall. But yeah, probably had about 6 touches all game.

But we can’t keep playing the same players. These boys are not made of the same stuff as the 14 from 81.
