Olsen has improved, at least.

Up to very poor from abysmal. Some solid effort and he might nudge poor > below average.

He’s just so slow off the line, we had a corner and the ball came all the way back and Martinez would have been right on it. It took ages for Olsen to appear. Also he does play the odd pass when you wonder why he chose it.

I know this is the match thread but I fear for the fans coming out of the game whatever the result with this going on.

Absolutely. The police have made this a far worse situation than it needed to be.

I expect they will be kept in for a while.

So what's going on now then?  How come there is a group of Legia fans, albeit a small group, able to wander around outside the ground throwing bottles into the stand, with no police in sight? Have any Legia fans now made it into their allocated seats in the DE? If so, how are things inside the ground?

We don't always have to play it out from the back. Mix it up. Less predictable.

Come on lads, much better second half needed.

Are they even in the ground yet?

I get the feeling some wandering round Aston currently will probably sack off wanting to watch the match now  and will just hang around and wait for some isolated Villa fans to attack after the match in a dimly lit area a bit away from the ground.

Be careful everyone.

Not sure Youri could have done much about that ball striking his arm

Seems like the police just saw it as a chance to give it the big I am.

Obviously I've got no idea for their reasoning, but I feel sorry for the poor fuckers coming all this way to be treated like that.

Silence for that so there is minimal away presence still.
