There are a lot of benefits to winning this by a big enough margin to get the group done and dusted.  Therefore, I think we need to go all out to win it by as bigger margin as possible.
There are no direct benefits to winning more than 2-0. better to save more goals for Mancity.

Do goalies get tired/ need to be rested much?

Not so much physically but their concentrations levels during a game are higher than any other on the pitch - they can do nothing for 89 mins but then need to be as switched on as if it was the 1st

It seems that we've cut Legia's ticket allocation from the  UEFA mandated standard of 5% of capacity - c.2,100 to less than half that number on the advice of the Safety Advisory Group (aka West Mids - in special measures- Finest)

Legia fans have got form, but aren't very happy.
Might make for an interesting evening on Thursday.

There are consequences to being massive twats, time to reflect and address said twattish behaviour or continue to get treated like a twat.

I’m hoping we give them a proper battering. Not just because they are twats, but because we’ve underperformed at home in the competition. It would be great to get a solid home win for confidence alone which is odd given how great we at home overall.

Sorry if this should be on another thread. We’re season ticket holders, sitting in our season ticket seats for this game. I didn’t go to the first two Europa home games. How does it work? Do we get sent / emailed a ticket / barcode for this game? If so has anyone had them yet?

I can see I’ve bought them on the Villa tickets website, but can’t see any actual tickets!

I am a season ticket holder; mine came as an electronic ticket.
Check your emails, in case you have missed it.

Mine appeared in the Aston Villa app on my phone. Just click the ticket button in the  app.
Only checked there by accident.

The download to wallet button; doesn’t always work, in the email to download the ticket to your wallet. 🤔🤔

Pre-match admission information, because as we all know nothing is ever their fault.

On the information maps what do they mean by “temporary hold”?

They’ll stop you there and hold you there, not permanently….temporarily!

Yes, I get the meaning of the word temporary, but pre-fab houses were temporary in 1946 and people are still living in them.

More detail needed from AVFC and West Midlands finest defining the length of the hold.

I don’t think they’ll keep you there 77 years, you’d get in the way of the new North Stand construction.
