The way some of them are calling Matty Cash out as a 'thug' is bizarre.

5 full pages of them calling him a ******.

It wasn't even a remotely dirty tackle. Just a bog standard yellow.

I'm glad they're angry because I don't like them.  I hope they are singing their slow shite song and crying into their pillows.

I'm in my later 40s and should know better.

It's all cheeky 'bants' with Premier League club official Twitter accounts these days now isn't it?

One of them on there suggesting that Cash should have taken it easy on a player who has been out for a long time. I'm not sure that's quite how football works.

Aww diddums, the Spurs fans on allfartnoshit.com are upset.  I'm going to channel 1990s Tom Ross and say I love turning over these big-time charlies on their own patch.  Absolute bunch of fannies.

Don't agree with these 'got away with it first half' comments. Overall we were the better team and fully deserved the points.
Sons 3 disallowed goals were all easily off due to our well drilled defence, ours disallowed for a finger nail. Posts and keepers are there for a reason. Their one legitimate goal was a deflection.
I thought Spurs were playing at their very best which was still not enough against us. If we had been really on top of our game we would have blown them away.

Not a thug in a classic sense but he just lacks footy intelligent. Seemed to take out his frustration on understanding football on a player who has been out for 9 months.
The tackle was pointless by him to be fair.

With my serious hat on, calling it Three Point Lane is pretty childish and doesn't reflect well on us imo.
My understanding is that it's after their admin took the piss out of coming to B6 for years. If that's the case then fuck them and go cry some more

If that is the case then fuck them.

Spurs play a really high intensity game, which seems to be causing them problems with lots of mistimed and ill judged, tackles and challenges. It probably needs some more discipline.

Don’t agree, obviously, with the taking it easy comment, if he’s fit enough to play he’s fit enough to be tackled, but imo it was a shit challenge by Cash and a harsher punishment wouldn’t have been unwarranted in the current climate of everything being micro analysed by VAR.

So is that better sounding than her singing voice or much the same?

He slid in a bit late and caught the player, it happens dozens of times every weekend. He wasn't out of control, and didn't have his feet off the ground, studs up or trying a Ben mee scissor tackle. It was just a bit late, and he was rightly booked for it, but that's absolutely all it was. If their player isn't robust enough to withstand it, then that's not our fault, any more than it was the opposition's fault that Jacob Ramsey came back a bit early and got injured again.

It was a classic yellow card and nothing more.
